Mark, aged 62, was a cornerstone of the Parks & Recreation department, having been part of the team since the building’s opening.
His presence was a familiar and comforting sight to countless coworkers, families, parents, and children involved in the center’s youth sports and programs. Mark’s commitment and kindness left an indelible mark on the community he served with such passion. His work ethic and genuine care for others will be profoundly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Funeral arrangements will take place on Thursday, February 5th, at Liberty Baptist Church. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m., followed by the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Many colleagues and community members are expected to gather to honor his life.
